In Bahraich, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad has demanded the closure of the Jeth fair at the Dargah of Salar Masood Kazi. After the fair was banned in Sambhal, the VHP submitted a memorandum to the Bahraich District Magistrate. The VHP claims that the dargah was built by Feroz Tughlaq after 200 years and it was built by breaking the Sun Temple.
