Adani Enterprises Limited said on Thursday that Sirius Digitec Limited, the joint venture of Adani Global Limited Mauritius, has achieved the remaining 22.5 per cent of the Parasaralabs India Private Limited (PIPL). With this deal, now the company of Adani has got 100 percent stake.

Adani Enterprises said that Sirius Digitec has purchased 22,500 equity shares (with a face value of Rs 1 per share) at Rs 20,000 per share, causing the total investment to Rs 45,00,00,000, which is 22.5% of PIPL share capital.

The transaction to be completed on March 19, 2025 is a milestone in expansion in the data center and cloud service sector of the Adani Group. The objective of acquiring control stake in PIPL by Adani Group (via Sirius Digitec) is aimed at expanding its offer in the data center and cloud offering sector.

What does Pipl do?
It is an Indian startup, which works on Sovereign AI and Claude. In July 2024, Sirius Digitec won 77.5% stake in PIPL. Sirius Digitec Limited, Adani Global Limited, is a joint venture company of Mauritius which is the company -owned subsidiary of the company.

Great boom in stock
After purchasing the shares of this company by Adani Group, there was a great boom in Adani Enterprises Share. Adani Enterprises shares on BSE were trading 0.84 per cent to Rs 2,338.05. The company’s market cap was Rs 2.69 crore. In the last six months, this stock has broken up to 22 percent. At the same time, in 1 month, this stock has given more than 7 percent returns.

Adani will land in cable sector
Gautam Adani’s company has announced that Adani Enterprises Limited announced the formation of a joint venture through its full -ridden subsidiary Kutch Copper Limited, in which Pranita Ventures has partnered with a ratio of 50:50 and the new unit has been named Pranita Ecoccals Limited. After this announcement, the shares of cable companies declined a big decline. After this announcement, the shares of polycabs, hawles, KEI industry and other cable companies saw a decline of up to 14 per cent.
