The condition of both the accused in the Saurabh Rajput murder case of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh has deteriorated in jail. They are constantly making new demands. The main accused in this case, Muskan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla have been kept in judicial custody in the Central Foreign Careful. It is being told that both the accused of drugs and liquor are demanding drugs from the jail administration. They need an injection of marijuana and morphine, if they do not leave, they have refused to eat food from both of them.

Jail officials claim that both are feeling signs of drug addiction. Both want to live together in the same barrack, but they were told that this is not possible according to the rules. Muskan has also demanded a government lawyer. He knows that his family is upset with him and will not help him. Jail sources said, “Muskan and Sahil are not able to sleep properly. They are also refusing to eat and drink. Both of them have been seen walking in the barrack in restlessness.”

Senior Jail Superintendent Veeresh Raj Sharma said, “Both Sahil and Muskan have been getting intoxicated for a long time. Due to this they are having trouble with restlessness. He said that doctors have given medicines to control their symptoms. A dedicated team is monitoring their situation. Police investigation has revealed that both the accused have been regularly consuming drugs and liquor. Nobody came to meet them after both the accused were in jail.

Senior Jail Superintendent said that Muskan has demanded a government lawyer to fight his case. In his application, he has said that his parents are angry with him since the incident. Nobody came to fight for him. Therefore, he needs a government lawyer who can fight his case in court. Muskan requested to meet him on Saturday. He said, “When I called Muskan, he said that his family will not fight for him. He has demanded a government lawyer.”

He said, “If a prisoner demands a government lawyer, it is our duty to provide him with a lawyer. We have accepted his application. He has sent him to the court, so that he can be provided with a government lawyer. However, Muskan’s lover Sahil has not yet demanded a government lawyer.” On the demand of the two accused to stay together in jail, he said, “We told them that this is not possible in jail. According to the rule, women and men cannot live together.”

Regarding the work to be given in jail, the Senior Jail Superintendent said that no work can be taken from the prisoners for 10 days. He told, “After 10 days, if they want to do some work, we will decide.” When asked about Muskan and Sahil’s behavior in jail, the jail officer said that everything is gradually becoming normal. Ever since both of them started taking medicine, their condition has improved a lot. Now they are also thinking about their case.

Let us tell you that on March 3, Smile Rastogi (27) and Sahil Shukla (25) reached Kasol on 10 March after killing Saurabh Rajput and sealing his body with cement in a blue drum. He checked out on 16 March after staying there for six days. On March 17, both returned to Meerut. On March 11, Muskan celebrated Sahil’s birthday. A team of Meerut Police has also gone to Manali and Kasol in Himachal Pradesh to investigate the matter.

At the same time, the post -mortem report of Saurabh Rajput’s body has also come out. It has revealed smile and Sahil’s barbarity. The report has revealed that Saurabh’s body was separated from the torso. Both hands were cut off from the wrist. The legs were bent back. An attempt was made to put the dead body in the drum without pieces. The cause of death has been stated to shock and excessive bleeding. Doctors said that Saurabh’s heart was stabbed three times with a sharp thing.

On the other hand, the UP police said that they are planning to take the Saurabh murder case to a fast-track court. Senior Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada said that the police will give priority to filing the charge sheet at the earliest in the case. He said, “We will try to run the case in fast-track court, so that the accused can be punished as soon as possible.” He said that the police will try to take Smile and Sahil into custody after their judicial custody ends.
