Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra is once again in controversy. Kunal Kamra has put a video on his social media platform and YouTube channel about Maharashtra politics in which he has made indecent remarks on Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde without naming.
As soon as the video surfaced, Shiv Sainiks became angry and vandalized the studio and hotel Unicinental located in Khar area of Mumbai on Sunday. It is being claimed that the video was shot here. Shinde faction leader Rahul Kanal has lodged a complaint against Kunal Kamra at Khar police station in Mumbai.
Rahul Kanal demanded a case against Kunal Kamra, Aditya Thackeray, Sanjay Raut and Rahul Gandhi to insult Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and register a case under appropriate sections of BNS to continuously attack him on social media.
Kamra gave indecent statement on Shinde
Kamra lashed out at Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on the lines of a Hindi song of the film “Dil To Pagal Hai” and described him as a ‘traitor’. Shiv Sena activists have demanded to register an FIR against Kamra.

According to a police officer, party workers reached the hotel auditorium after the video of Kamra’s sarcasm against Shinde went viral on social media. It is close to the same campus where an objectionable episode of India’s Got Latant was shot due to which a case was registered against Ranveer Allahabadia, time Raina, Apoorva Makhija and others.
Shinde faction warns to Kamra
Posting on X, Shiv Sena MP Milind Deora said, ‘Eknath Shinde ji was mocked. A leader who became the CM of the second largest state in India from auto driver on his own. Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske warned Kamra that Shiv Sena workers across the country will follow him. He said in a video message, “You will be forced to escape from India.” At the same time, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam posted on X and wrote, ‘Tomorrow Kunal Kamra was washed, 11 o’clock.’ At the same time, Shiv Sena UBT leader and MLA Aditya Thackeray described the attack on the studio on Monday night as cowardly.

Only an unsafe cowier would react to someone’s song.” He said, “By the way, law and order in the state? Eknath Minde another attempt to weaken the CM and the Home Minister.” Thackeray always uses the Marathi word “Minde” while referring to Eknath Shinde, because it means subordinate.
