In Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, a 20 -year -old man was shot dead due to old enmity on Sunday night. The deceased has been identified as Manish Prajapati, a resident of Gokhulpur.

According to the report of the news agency, Manish was busy preparing for his birthday at his house on Sunday night. Meanwhile, some people came by motorcycle and started talking to him. During the conversation, the argument increased so much that the attackers shot Manish and escaped from the spot.

The family immediately rushed Manish to the hospital, but the doctors declared him dead. As soon as the information was received, the police and forensic team reached the spot and gathered evidence. Additional SP (Rural) Rakesh Kumar Mishra said that the incident happened due to old enmity.

He said, two months ago there was a fight between Manish and the attackers in the medical police station area, in which a case was filed for attempting to murder him. He was later released on bail.

On the basis of the complaint of the family, a case has been registered against three people and the police is raiding for the arrest of the accused. Bhadeep Singh, in -charge of Bhadeep Singh, said that the police team is searching for the accused. Manish’s body has been sent for postmortem and the police is investigating the entire case from every angle.
