Police have arrested two accused while solving the 37 -year -old real estate agent murder case in Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. According to the information, the body of real estate agent Loknath Singh was found near an under -construction building in BGS layout. He was murdered on 22 March in Soladevanhalli. His murder is accused of wife Yashaswini (19) and her mother Hema Bhai (37). Yashaswini married Loknath a few months ago against the wishes of his parents.
When Yashaswini reached her in -laws after marriage, she came to know that her husband also had relations with other women. There was often a fight between the two about this matter. She explained to her husband several times, but when she did not agree, she went back to her parents’ house. After this, her husband started pressurizing him to return home.
He used to quarrel with Yashaswini’s parents and harassed him. He also threatened his wife that if she did not return, she would take her mother home with her. This thing went to his in -laws very exasperated. After this, Yashaswini and his mother Hema Bhai conspired to kill Loknath Singh.
A senior police officer said that on March 22, Yashaswini approached Loknath Singh. Called him to a place near Baghur to meet him. Both met there, after which he went to Soladevanhalli. During this time his mother continued to follow him with auto. After going there, Loknath drank beer fiercely. After this, he got drunk.
After the husband got drunk, Yashaswini added sleeping pills to her food. When he fainted, his mother stabbed her two to three times with a knife to the left side of her neck. The incident came to light when a passer -by informed the police by taking the body of Loknath Singh near the building under construction in BGS layout of Biljaji village.
Police sent the body for postmortem after taking possession. After this, investigation in this case was started by registering a case against unknown criminals. During the investigation, on the basis of evidence, the police interrogated Yashaswini in custody, then he confessed his crime. He also accepted the role of his mother in the murder.
In the police interrogation, Yashaswini said that after knowing the reality of her husband, she did not want to continue her marriage. She wanted to divorce her. But he was not agreeing, but was pressurizing him to come back. The police previously suspected business rivalry behind the murder, as there were many fraud cases against the deceased.
