Gujarat Vidyapeeth has announced the dates required for admission in undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) and Diploma courses in Academic Year 2025. The admission process is being started for 1630 seats in 14 undergraduate, 3 postgraduate, 20 periods, 5 periodic diploma/diploma courses in Gujarat Vidyapeeth established by Mahatma Gandhi in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates who want to enroll, have to apply online. The last date to apply has been fixed on 30 April 2025.

Convenor of Admissions Committee at Gujarat Vidyapeeth Prof. Ajay Parikh informed that entrance examination will be conducted for the admission process in all the courses of Gujarat Vidyapith. Candidates will have to take one of the CUET exam for admission to UG/PG or GEETA (Gujarat Vidyapith Eligibility and Efficiency Test for Admission) set by Gujarat Vidyapeeth.

Entrance exam will be held on May 11
To get admission in Gujarat Vidyapeeth, you have to register via email on the admission portal through www.gujaratvidhyapith.org. The last date for registration by uploading the necessary documents including photos and Aadhaar cards is 30 April. For admission, the examination will be conducted by the legislator on 11 May 2025 at 30 centers of the state.

Gujarat Vidyapeeth Entrance Test (Geeta) pattern
There will be 60 questions in the Geeta (Gujarat Vidhyapith Eligibility and Efficiency Test for Admission) examination prescribed by Gujarat Vidyapeeth for admission, for which 90 minutes have been fixed. This examination will be conducted through OMR based on subjects like general knowledge, language, logic and a brief biography of Gandhiji.

Counseling will be held on 13 and 14 May
After this, counseling and admission process will be held on 13-14 May 2025 as per the merit list based on CUET and Geeta marks and the academic session 2025 will start from 1 July. After entering Gujarat Vidyapeeth, students will have to follow some rules of Gujarat Vidyapeeth during practice. Students will have to wear a uniform of Khadi, regular attendance in worship. The routine of students will be based on group life. Students will have to join the cleaning work in the morning or evening. Students will have to do spinning work by regular renders regularly.
