Bihar Board 12th Result 2025: Bihar Board has released the result of 12th 2025. This time 12 lakh 80 thousand 2 hundred 11 candidates had participated in the examination, in which 11 lakh 7 thousand 330 students have passed the examination. This year, about 13 lakh students had registered themselves to appear in the examination. The Intermediate Examination 2025 was held from 1 to 15 February. This year too, the board released the result of the examination in record time.

This time 86.56 percent of the students have succeeded in intermediate examination 2025. If we talk about the previous result, then in the year 2024, 87.21 percent of the candidates passed. If we compare the performance of this time with the result of the previous year, this time there has been a decline. Last year, 11 lakh 26 thousand students passed in 12th in 2024. At the same time, in 2025, 11 lakh 7 thousand 330 students have passed the examination.

This time, in the inter examination 2025, 82.7% arts, 94.77% in commerce and 89.66% were results in science. At the same time, in the 12th board result in 2024 last year, the result of science was 87.7% percent, the result of commerce was 94.88% and 86.15% of art.

Commerce result was less than last year
In 2025 this year, the result of commerce was 94.77%. In 2024, the result of commerce was 94.88%. Last year, one lakh 33 thousand 320 girl students took the exam in the stream in commerce, out of which 12 thousand 909 students passed. The pass percentage of girls in commerce was 96.91. At the same time, in the commerce stream, about 26,338 students appeared in the examination, out of which 24 thousand 720 students passed. The pass percentage of boys in commerce stream has been 93.86.

Science result improved compared to last year
In the 12th Science Stream of Bihar Board, in 2025 .89.66% result. In 2024, the result of science stream was 87.7% percent. Last year, 2 lakh 22 thousand 265 girls took the exam, out of which one lakh 99 thousand 385 girls passed. The pass percentage of girl students in science stream was 89.71 percent. At the same time, three lakh 94 thousand 69 boys had taken the exam in science, out of which lakh 42 thousand 624 boys had passed. In science stream, boys were less than pass percentage girls i.e. 86.93.

How was the result in Arts Stream against 2024
This year there was 82.7% result in Arts stream. In 2024, there was 86.15% result in art. In the Arts stream, three lakh 86 thousand 572 girl students had taken the exam, out of which three lakh 40 thousand 45 girls were passed. At the same time, 2 lakh 47 thousand 908 boys had taken the exam in Arts stream, in which two lakh six thousand 176 students passed. 88.07 students and 83.17 percent students passed in Arts stream.

This year, Ankita Kumari in Arts, Priya Jaiswal in Science and Roshni Kumari in Commerce have become toppers. At the same time, in the science stream last year, Siwan’s Mrityunjay Kumar, Tushar Kumar of Patna in Arts and Priya Kumari of Sheikhpura in Commerce have topped.
