The Jaipur Police of Rajasthan has arrested a person from Agra in Uttar Pradesh, who used to give himself an IAS officer and used to implicate people in the name of jobs. This gang has so far cheated about 70 lakh rupees from 14 students. After receiving the complaint, Muralipura police station arrested Deepak Jain in Agra. The police is constantly questioning the accused.
DCP West Amit Kumar said that Deepak Jain (50) was arrested from Agra in Uttar Pradesh on receiving information from the informer. During interrogation, it was revealed that at the behest of the mastermind, Deepak had a meeting for cheating by becoming a fake IAS officer on Statue Circle near the Secretariat in 2021.
According to the police, retired Indian Army jawan Mansingh lodged an FIR in this case in 2023. He told that his brother was preparing for the competitive examination, during this time he met Anil Kumar Meena. Anil made him contact with Sadhu Kamal Kishore Meena alias Mantu Meena and his companions. These people described themselves as a big officer and lured them to get a job in the assembly and secretariat. On this excuse, these people cheated about 70 lakh rupees from 14 students and issued fake offer letters.
Behind this fraud is the mastermind Sunil Sharma and his partner. He hired fake IAS officer and doctor in the name of getting a job. In the name of getting jobs, lakhs of rupees were demanded from students. After issuing fake letters, fake IAS was introduced to Deepak Kumar Jain, so that students can be assured that everything is real.
