Captain Sanju Samson has now joined his IPL team Rajasthan Royals (RR) after recovering from the finger injury. 30 -year -old Samson completed treatment at the Center of Excellence in Bangalore. He was present in the first session of Royals on Monday.

Samson had a bouncer of Jofra Archer during India’s 5 -match 5 -match T20 series against England. He had to undergo surgery after injury. Royals wrote on X, ‘The first first practice session from the airport to bring a smile on everyone’s face as usual.’

Samson spoke to Royals batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal and head coach Rahul Dravid. It remains to be seen whether he is able to do wicketkeeping despite being fully fit. If not, Dhruv Jurlel can be assigned this responsibility.

The first champion of the IPL, Rajasthan Royals will start their campaign this time on March 23, where it will compete against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Hyderabad.

Another good news for Rajasthan is that all -rounder Ryan Parag has completely recovered from shoulder injury. Due to this injury, he was out of T20 matches against South Africa and England. The 23 -year -old Parag returned to the second phase of the Ranji Trophy, in which he scored a half -century against Saurashtra and bowled 26 overs.
