A lot of claims are made about women safety, but the situation on the ground makes some other picture. A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Malihabad, Lucknow. The body of a 32 -year -old Mahila, who came from Varanasi here, has been found lying in a mango orchard. After this incident, many questions are being raised about women safety.

Police teams have been put in the hold of the accused only after the incident came to light. But now action has been done on the guilty policemen in this case. 7 policemen including Inspector Alambagh have been suspended.

Brother told the incident

According to the deceased’s brother, his sister got off the Alambagh station bus from Banaras at around 1:30 am on Wednesday. When the sister reached the bus station, he called the brother and told that in half an hour, Chinhat will come. After waiting for a long time, when the brother made a call on the sister’s mobile again, he asked where he reached, he said, where the information is not going.

The brother asked to talk to the auto driver. The auto driver made an excuse that the work of the metro is going on, the route is divert, so they are bringing the other way. On talking to the sister again, the brother said, send his live location. The brother saw the live location which was towards Malihabad. On seeing the location of Malihabad, the brother immediately approached the police due to the possibility of untoward. Contacted at Alambagh bus station and after this the sister’s search started.

Strangled

The police found the corpse in an abandoned condition in the mango orchard in Wajidpur village of Malihabad on Wednesday afternoon. The clothes were disturbed and the goods of the deceased were also missing. It is feared that the victim was strangled to death after looting and rape. Police has sent the body for postmortem. 5 teams of police, including the crime branch, are searching for an auto driver.

After the incident, the negligence of the police was also revealed. There was no number of the auto from which the deceased was released at Alambagh bus station. Police is finding it very difficult to trace the auto in CCTV. Negligence was done by the policemen of Alambagh bus station post on the spot. On the information of auto going towards Malihabad, negligence in the patrol by PRB also came to light.

In this case, the police commissioner has suspended a total of 7 police personnel including Inspector Alambagh, Outpost Incharge Bus Station Alambagh, night officer of police station, two policemen engaged in patrolling at the bus stand, in -charge of PRB and soldier.
