Mahindra XUV700 ebony Edition Price & Features: Mahindra has launched a special Ebony Edition of her famous model XUV700 in the market, which has a black out exterior as well as a dark interior. The price of this Abione Edition offered in bold and black style starts at Rs 19.64 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has given some special updates in this special edition model which makes it better than the regular model. So let’s see how the new XUV700 Ebony Edition.

This special edition model is based on SUV’s top AX7 and AX7L trim. It has been introduced with both petrol and diesel engine options that provide the option of manual and automatic gearbox. However, the all-wheel drive variant is not available. It is also worth noting that the price of the all-black version is about 15,000 rupees more than the variants that they are based.

Power and Performance:

Mahindra has introduced this special edition model with a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine that generates 200HP power. At the same time, there is also an option of 2.2-liter diesel engine which generates power of 185hp. Both engines have been paired with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox. This special edition SUV is available only with 7-seat configuration in front wheel drive form.

Note: The price of all variants here is ex-showroom. There is no option of petrol manual transmission (MT) in the AX7L variant.

What is new in exterior …

Talking about the exterior of XUV700 Aboni, a new glossy black paint shade is seen in it. Which Mahindra has called Stent Black, as well as black-out 18-inch alloy wheels (design is similar to standard model) and Aboni badging on front fenders and tailgate. Contrasting elements come as silver scuff plates on the front and rear bumper. With the joining of this new version, XUV700 is now available in a total of eight monotone color options and five dual-tone exterior finish.

What is special in the interior …

For the first time, the interior of XUV700 has also been given a black finish with this edition. Contrast stitching has been done on the black lady’s seats and black dashboard, while AC vents as well as the steering wheel also have dark chrome finish. Mahindra has given Eboni Black Ladret Undex (with white stitch) and a dark dash and door finish on the XUV700 seats. Its contrast element light gray roof liner attracts your attention rapidly, although other contrast bits see silver plastic bits on steering and dashboard, as well as dark chrome highlights on steering-mounted controls and gear console.
