Colonel Bath said in a petition before the High Court that on the night of 13-14 March, he and his son were brutally attacked in Patiala.

Lieutenant General said that the victim officer was transferred from the Civil Hospital to the military hospital. He was then treated at the Command Hospital in Chandimandir.
