Carona says, ‘To reach this speed, you have to run 4-5 times a week. If you cannot run even at a good speed, then it means that you have to pay attention to your heart health and improve overall health.

‘If you want to practice from now on, Carona recommends to practice in turn between two or three minutes running and walking for one or two minutes. If you want to improve your running, then you can include added areas with the valleys, enhancing the endurns, swimming, cycling and weight training.
