But before this, on March 15, the accused targeted Harsh Kesarwani.

Mafia operatives assaulted and threatened
BJP leader Harsh Kesarwani alleged that on March 15, when he was going by his car, he was forcibly stopped by the operatives of Mafia Atik Ahmed on Bhawans Mehta Road. It is being told that during this time all the accused had illegal weapons in their hands. Summer Upadhyay, Nitish Pandey, Ritesh Kesarwani, Athar Mishra and Mohammad Omar dragged him out of the car after the gang leader Salman Ahmed’s challenge.
The victim Harsh Kesarwani says that the accused slammed him on the ground and asked for extortion of Rs 50 lakh by placing his feet on the neck. He threatened that if he does not give extortion, his land will be forcibly occupied and buried alive along with the family. After this incident, the victim’s family has demanded security from the government.

After the video of this hooliganism went viral on social media, the police came into action. On the orders of the SP, the Kokhraj police station has registered a case against 40-50 unidentified people including Mohammad Omar, Salman Ahmed, Ritesh Kesarwani, Summer, Athar Mishra and Nitish Pandey.

On this matter, Awadhesh Vishwakarma, DSP of Kaushambi, said that there was a dispute between two parties under the Kokhraj police station area. As soon as the police received the information, the revenue department team was also sent on the spot. After convincing both sides, the police station was called and on March 22, the date of measurement of land was fixed. But before this, the controversy took violent form. A case has been registered in the case and legal action is being taken.

After this incident, BJP leader Harsh Kesarwani has pleaded with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya to protect their life and property.
