Srikanth is a big entrepreneur. He is the CEO, co-founder and chairman of Bolnt Industries Private Limited. Born on 7 July 1991 in Sitaramapuram in Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth belongs to the Telugu family. His parents were farmers by profession. In those days the entire family farming was dependent on the fence. Srikanth’s childhood spent in struggle. There was no electricity at his house, education was like luxury. There was a shortage of money in the house. Srikanth wanted to study Science in class 10 in school. But due to difficulty in seeing, he could not do this. He topped the school by bringing 98% in the 12th board exam. Nevertheless, the school had no facility for visually impaired students.

Angered by this, Srikanth filed a case in the court. He won the case after waiting for 6 months. The first visually impaired students of Andhra Pradesh, studying science, became the first visual. After graduation, Srikanth decided to do engineering due to his blindness. Srikanth was the first vibranous student to study Management Science at Mit Sloan School of Management.

In 2012, he opened Bolnt Industries with co-founder Ravi Mantha. 500 employees work in this company. Its annual turnover is said to be $ 150 million. Apart from excellent academics, Srikanth topped the National Level Blind Cricket, International Chase, Baseball, Swimming.
